Joe Millionaire
The problem about the whole Joe Millionaire idea is that it is very misleading, especially regarding the stereotypes of women and of men. For one thing, Evan Marriott (or Evan Wallace, the name he told to the girls) genuinely made the impression that he wanted to find a woman that loved him for who he is. This is obviously not true, as for one thing, he is likely faking the whole thing just so we get a good laugh.
Even if he genuinely wanted to find a woman that loved him for who he is, nobody in their right mind would try and do this on a reality TV show. Perhaps he wanted to be on TV, which seems the most believable possibility I can think of, unless he is just acting and getting paid for the whole show. All I know is that he doesn’t seem all that stupid, so I’m sure that he is not REALLY doing this to find a woman.
