Criminal Control System
The prison systems are in charge of “reinstalling” the individuals who committed delinquency into society, giving them a lesson with a strong punishment, the prohibition of being free, leaving as consequence the social maladjustment and the incredible difficulty to reconstruct their lives.
Having an individual in prison is translated in a series of bills of maintenance. These bills are charged to the citizens taxes. These taxes could be used for social beneficence, schools, security and other services that require immediate attendance.
We are not excusing felons at all, but we do thing there are better and less expensive ways of correcting the misbe
