As students, we are not clones of one another so we should not be forced to wear a school uniform everyday. Uniforms imply that differences are bad and that we should all look alike, think alike and be alike. In my opinion that is not at all true. It has been said that school uniform builds self-esteem because children can’t be discriminated against. Have you ever seen a fat girl in school in inform? School uniform does not build self-esteem. It encourages self-hate. Young girls growing up are self-conscious of their growing and developing bodies. They should not be obliged to wear something in which they are not comfortable. Further still, some students may look better in school uniform. As
