Interview Essay The purpose of this essay is to help us understand how people interpret self, other in the organisational context. The topic of my group¡¯s organisational analysis is relationship and social networks, and the sub topic of my group is superior-subordinate relationships. It is mainly focus on how management level communicates with subordinate level inside the hierarchical organisations.
