    Fishing with Nature After spending an entire week within this three-walled prison that an employee guide calls a cubicle workspace, most are in dire need of rest and relaxation. Now that the workweek has come to a merciful conclusion, it is time to relax and enjoy the spoils of nature. Plans for a Saturday morning outing that may last but a few hours but will be remembered for a lifetime. With all of the stress that people endure in these modern times, there are few outlets left. Fishing is a means of catching food with unlimited re-creational experiences with nature. One of the benefits from fishing is that it generates a healthy lifestyle. If one is stressed; fishing could be an ideal time to go into the great outdoors and commune with nature. In this modern day the escape from the technology and a return to more simplistic ways is a much-needed release. Along with a return to nature, fishing is a great way to take time to relax. It is a proven fact that people who find a release of stress and fatigue will live longer and healthier lives.
