Animal Farm
George Orwell’s Animal Farm expressed the idea that a utopia, such as communism, cannot work. The animals in this story were supposed to represent the leaders and the people of Russia. The pigs represented the government who said everything was for the good of the people, but they really just wanted to be the absolute leaders of the country.
Boxer was a strong horse on Animal Farm. He represented all of the common people. He was considered to be unintelligent and easily controlled.
