My research paper is on suicide. In 2000, suicide was the 11th leading cause of death in United States. That is 10.6 out of every 100,000 person died by suicide. There are different ages ,gender, and ethnic groups that are a higher rate for suicide. In young people it was the 3rd leading cause of death among 15-24 year old. Men attend to have a higher rate of suicide because of the method used. Women have the higher count of attempt suicide. Research shows that alterations abuse disorder, often in combination with other mental disorders. They also believe that levels of the brain chemicals have been found in patients with depression, impulsive disorders, are more likely to commit suicide. Elderly people are known to get more depressed so they are the highest rate of suicide in America.
