A person’s performance and attitude can be directly related to how they feel about their individual values and ethics. The moral regulation of values and ethics is critical to our learning team’s well being. Values are defined as principles or qualities that one considers important, right, or good. (Carter, Bishop, Kravits, Bradbury, Wheeler, 1998). Values are core beliefs or desires that guide or motivate attitudes and actions. They define the things that we value and prize the most.
