The Computer Mouse
In today's society, seldom do we find a computer without a mouse (except for touch screen systems or special systems). The mouse is an important part of the computer system just like the monitor and keyboard. Knowing how to use it effectively will help the user than become another task for the user to overcome.
Doug Engelbart and a team of researchers from the Stanford Research Institute invented the mouse in 1968. At that time, computers were little more huge number - crunchers, Engelbart and his team's introduction of their two-way interactive system, called NLS (for On Line System) was a shock.
