Clive Staples Lewis or better known as C.S Lewis was brought up in a normal Christian home but early events in his life effected his religious consciousness in good and bad ways like while enrolled at Cherbourg house the clergymen would beat him with a rod to convince him to believe in Christianity, consequently this made him disbelieve in it.
