Review on film “Bridget Jones’s Diary”
In my essay I would like to discuss one of the best films of the last year - “Bridget Jones’s Diary”. The book of the same name, a fictional diary of a plump 30-something London office worker, shot this movie. The heroine of the book, both lovable and human, has been passed over to all odds into the funny and charming movie that understands the charm of the original, and preserves it.
This film is about a single, lonely, 30-something woman. Arriving at her 32nd birthday Bridget is determined to take control of her life, which until now consisted of smoking too much, drinking too much, eating too much and not finding the right man, or, indeed, much of any man.
