Spiritual
I think that over this semester I have become a more spiritual person. My first goal was to reduce the amount of stress in my life. I’ve learned not to procrastinate this semester and get things done as soon as assignments were given. I found myself overwhelmed all of the time because I had so much to do and never had time for myself. I found that this helped considerably in reducing the stress in my life. Another thing that helps me is to take 15 minutes out of everyday to spend time with myself without thinking about all the things I have to do and relax by myself. I usually do this at night when I go for a 30 minutes walk. It is so relaxing being outside and knowing there is nothing to worry about. Also, I take a bath once a week and turn everything off in the house if I am home by myself so I cannot be bothered by anything. It is really nice to sit there and be a peace with yourself and relax. Sometimes I would listen to music or just light a candle to relax myself, so I did not think about all the things I had to do or all
