How would you try voice your opinions to people who will not listen? Would you draw a picture of how you felt, write a poem or maybe even write a song? Sometimes many people have problems with trying to make their voice heard, but one man who made his voice clearly recognized is known as Tupac Amaru Shakur. Tupac is a very influential rapper of the 20th century who voiced his feelings, thoughts, and opinions through the media of Rap music.
Tupac Shakur was born on June 16, 1971 in Brooklyn New York. While Tupac was a kid his father was sent to jail, which in turn caused the shakur’s to face many problems. They had to move to numerous places from the Bronx to Harlem as well as many homeless shelters. He eventually ended up in the Bay Area California, alone, and spent his first two years there homeless. Tupac had a love for writing lyrics as well as acting. Soon enough he ended up as a dancer for the rap group known as Digital Underground. After dancing with the group for about a year, Tupac went solo and released his first album called "2Pacalypse Now". After that, his career just basically skyrocketed until September 7, 1996.
