A star is born
Acceptance in society depends on fitting into society’s idea of norm. Anyone, who falls outside these boundaries, becomes an outcast. Marilyn Manroe had grown up, misunderstood and alienated from other children due to living in foster homes most of her life. Despite her hardships, Marilyn Manroe had fought to reach her dreams, becoming one of the most famous sex symbols during the 50’s. Through her hardships she has impacted the film industry, lost many relationships due to her rising fame and had become a legend after her unexpected death. She tried to become everything that she believed would make her happy, make her feel complete and accepted into society. True to the fact that her incredible rise in fame and determination had made her into a powerful icon that has been looked up to since the 50’s, when she had been alive her personality had grown and influenced but not changed. During her lifetime, Marilyn Manroe had earned enough respect and bravo that society had come to regard her as a “sex goddess.”
