US supreme court cases

    U.S. Supreme Court cases have often dealt with the constitutional rights of Americans. There have been many court cases in the past that have caused an impact on society. The decisions made in these cases effect us even today. Our rights to equal protection of law, rights to privacy and of freedom of religion were all brought to attention in these court cases. In 1954 there was a case called Brown V. Board of Ed. The issue of this case was that there was racial segregation in schools and there was a debate as to whether or not segregation was constitution
