The Greatest Movie of All Time
American Movie Critics chose " Citizen Kane" as the greatest movie of all time. Citizen Kane was perceived to be a classic tale of the rich not being so rich without love. He lost a dear love that no money could ever replace and through the whole movie people try to figure out what he meant by "rosebud."
From box office ticket sales, "Titanic" is the greatest movie of all time. The tale of forbidden love is the usual target for the making of a good movie. This one was actually based on facts with a twisted love story that could have been somewhat true. It grossed over 500 million dollars. To make so much money and spend the most weeks at number one, this is truly the making of the best, but is it?
Even though Siskel and Ebert help people distinguish between bad movies and Oscar-caliber cinemas, we eventually make up our own mind. I have my own choice of the best movie of them all. In my opinion, " Tombstone" is the crème de la crème of all movies. In Tombstone, the Wild West was ruled by cowboys that had itchy fingers on the trigger.
