    How to break dance Break dancing has been around for hundreds of years. It is a great way to exercise and is also fun. I first learned to break dance when I was in elementary school. We would all go out side during P.E. and recess and grab a cardboard box and just bust out. Those are some of my best memories as a young boy growing up and now I want to pass my knowledge on to you. Below I will describe to you in detail how to execute a few of my favorite break-dancing moves. I hope you will enjoy break dancing as much as I have. To do a body flare, you should be able to hold a hang glide position pretty well. If you want to do it clockwise, use your right elbow as your elbow in the middle part of your stomach, counter clockwise use your left hand. I'm going to explain how to do it counter-clockwise; put your left elbow in the middle of your stomach and your right hand out to your right side, either flat or on the side where your pinky is.
