The murders of Tupac Shakur and Christopher Wallace, aka The Notorious B.I.G., remain unsolved to this day. During the investigations, the public heard little about suspects in either case, and most people assumed the killers would never be found. In June of 2001, Russell Poole, one of the LAPD’s top homicide investigators, went public by revealing that leads he discovered while working the Biggie Smalls case were being ignored and dismissed in what Poole claims to be a cover-up of the corruption in the LAPD. Among those accused of the cover up is Bernard Parks, former Los Angeles Police Chief.
