Self Evaluation
As I reflect back on my many years at T.I. I have many memories. Some are in high spirits, others disappointing. Few are devastating, and many remarkable. The inclusions that I have selected to prove myself an effective communicator, an effective problem solver, a healthy, skilled, knowledgeable person, and a contributing United States and global citizen reflect all of my most remarkable accomplishments. To some, they may not be special. Today, my goal is to share each experience with you in a way you will understand why I selected the inclusions you see before you.
An effective communicator must be able to write clearly and effectively in a variety of ways. My ability to do so is proven in the poem "Him." Not only does an effective communicator have to demonstrate skills in written form but also in oral situations. As a solo vocalist performer I have entertained many in a variety of settings, situations, and languages. Through English classes and personal reading experiences I have gained an appreciation for literature and have been able to relate to each experience by responding with understanding, sensitivity, and insight. This is displayed in the Essay "Beloved."
