However, Pseudo-Transformational leaders knowingly focus their followers on fantasies rather than visions. A difference between the two lies in the values for which they are idealized. For instance, the Transformational leader calls for universal brotherhood; the Pseudo highlights false "we-they" differences in values and argues that "we" have inherently good values and "they" do not. (Bass) In effect, idealized influence can be recognized within a main character in Henry Fonda"tms 1957 film "Twelve Angry Men". This film displays the importance of leaders and their capabilities. Accordingly, Juror 8 stood out significantly in this film, specifically in the beginning when he was the only one to vote "not guilty". At this point, he was not sure if the kid was guilty or not, but he immediately found reasons to believe that he was not guilty. Particularly, he was astonished with the fact that the other 11 juror"tms, without delay, voted "guilty".
