Paintball
There is only one sport that legally allows you to shoot at your opponents. That sport is paintball. Paintball is an adrenaline pumping sport that requires keen perception and much teamwork. Although paintball does require shooting at people, it is not a violent sport. The primary objective of most paintball matches is to capture a flag; shooting at your opponents to eliminate them is secondary.
The rules of paintball are easy to understand, but are a bit more flexible than those of other sports. Each team starts on opposite sides of a field looking away from each other. Each team usually consists of three, five, seven, or ten members. The field is scattered with different sizes and types of bunkers to hide behind while reloading in strategizing. A referee will yell, “GO!” and the teams will start running toward each other with certain team members shooting at very high rates of fire across the field. There are several referees on the field to check players when think they might be hit. A referee will call a “hit” if there is a noticeable amount of paint on one spot of a player, and that player is eliminated from the round.
