For my personal fitness plan I have chosen to train for the activity of skateboarding, because I feel that it takes alot of hard work and dedication to actually be physically fit for this such activity.
There are many physical attributes that are essential to the performance of this activity. To begin with you must run. Running is very significant when training for skateboarding because the physical attributes of muscular strentgh in your legs is very key in many tricks. Also by running during training period will help you stamina so that when your riding your skateboard you will not get tired easily because you will be use to moving constently for a long period of time. Another key physical attribute that you need to train for is balance. Theres pretty much only one methhod that can be used to train for balance and that is the use of a wobble board. When using the wobble board you want to see that you can keep it as still as possible and then after that ask a friend to throw a ball to one side and see if you are able to catch it then recover back to a perfect balance.
