Urban Legends
Urban legends are like the old Roman or Greek legends of today’s modern world in which we live in. They are just passed down differently then how the Romans or Greeks use to pass them along.
In today’s modern day and world it is so easy to start an urban legend. One of the most recent and most popular one is the one from the World Trade Center incident. “The picture shows the face of the Devil gloating over the destruction the terrorist caused”(Redman Lucas Wells). The reason why, when sum times you walk into a black room and you look into the blackness. Your mind will start to make shapes and make you think that you are seeing a face, or a person when it is just nothing. Because the brain try’s to do its best to recognize any features that might be construed in the context of a face or a body or something having a human resemblance.
