Globilisation on Earth
Introduction
Globalization is the international integration of goods, technology, labor, and capital and is everywhere to be seen. In order words globalization is a multifaceted phenomenon, where the pace of global change is extremely rapid and it is no longer a vision but a reality. Global integration is seen every day and this is because of the process of Globalization. In a more logical approach the word "global" refers to something that pertains or embraces the whole of a group of items, or that is comprehensive and total, or involves the whole world (globe) (Brown 1993, 1101). This is a good working definition when starting to explore theoretically "globalization", that is, those processes that integrate the world into one comprehensive system (Robertson 1992, 53; Waters 1995, 3). "Global" refers thus to the end stage of the process of "globalization".
Definitions
