Over two thirds of Americans are considered to be medically overweight. Many people go about their daily lives in pain, living off medications, and therapy. Dietary medications are expensive and can put a dent in your pocket. Some people even resort to surgery to solve their weight problem, when simple exercise would be sufficient. Exercise is one of the most intended yet neglected part of a daily routine. In fact the most common New Year’s resolution is to get in shape, or join a gym yet are too commonly avoided. Without some kind of exercise your body becomes more susceptible to injury, disease, and unnecessary weight gain. Diet also plays a huge role in your body’s functions. Feeding your face with all that fast food will only weaken your body and worsen your condition. Proper Diet and daily exercise can prove to lead Americans to a happier, healthier lifestyle.
