Warhol Perhaps one of the greatest and most infliuential minds of our times is Andy Warhol. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1928 undr the name Andy Warhola (Abdy Warhol Foundation). In 1945 Andy entered the Carnegie institure of Technology and majored in Pictorial design. Following grafuatiopn Andy went o New York to seek a carrer as a commercial artist. During the 1950’s Andy’s career as a commercial artist prospered and he found himself very succseful.
