    Planned Parenthood’s current objectives in society have both positive and negative effects in society. Their services can both help and hurt people with what they are doing. Planned Parenthood is a government-funded organization. They manipulate words in order to make their organization and objectives in society sound very good. Margaret Sanger Margaret Sanger started Planned Parenthood in 1916. She believed that everyone should have the ability to have a child if they wanted and women should have the ability to choose not to have a baby if they didn’t want a child or the woman couldn’t support one. “Margaret Sanger was a militant radical who believed parents had the right to kill their children (Planned Parenthood - Or “Planning Family Size Through Abortion”).” Margaret Sanger was a social reformer who did many different things. She believed women should have the ability to have a child at their will. She changed laws so materials teaching about sex could be published.
