    INTERPRETATION OF “THE BAD DAYS BLUES” When I sat down to write “The Bad Days Blues,” I literally wrote exactly what was on my heart and mind at that very moment. It wasn’t difficult at all since the lyrics are direct expressions of how I feel and/or have felt at some time or another.
