Guns Kill
Gun control is one of the more complex issue facing our nation today. It deals with one of the focal points of our country’s democracy "right to bare arms." Presesntly the question at hand is not the avalibility of guns but rather the restiction and right to own them. However major changes need to accure with gun control, because gun killings occur in both homes and in school, which staticss comparing the United statesw with other nations.
On December 15, 1791, the Constitutional amendments, written by the Founding Fathers of the United States were ratified and became known as the "Bill of Rights." The Second Amendment
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Throughout the generations many people in the United States have interpeted the law in many different points of view. Gun rights proponents have argued that the use of the word "militia" in this Amendment, refers not to the State National Guard Units, but not to public citizens of the United States.
