Baking soda 1 tspn.
Coconut powder 1/4cp
Sugar 1/2cp
Green cardamon 2-3
Oil 3-4tbspn
Water ¾-1cp(or milk)
===Mix all ingredients, shape and fry in oil or bake at 350*-375* for 45min.
ZARDA
Rice 2cps(soaked)
Yellow food color
Green cardamon 3
Sugar 2 1/4cps
Coconut powder 4tbspn
Ghee 1/4cp
Optional~slivered almonds, pistachios, whole coconut, and raisins. Rose essence.
===Boil rice with water and liitle vinegar to avoid sticky rice till more than ½ done. Add color, strain. Heat ghee and fry seeds of cardamon, add rice, then sugar and coconut powder. Stir on low heat for 15min. Then add everything else, stir then add 2-3drops of essence and close lid.

Marinate: Meat 1lb(thin 4/2hr)

Tenderizer
Lemon juice 1ts
Tomato paste 2tbspn
Yogurt
Chat masala
===Fry marinated meat in oil for 5 min. Add lemon juice and tomato paste. Fry on low till tender. When done, add yogurt on top and sprinkle with chat masala.
