Athletes strive for that edge, that one thing that will make them better then the rest, that elite athlete. For years, many have looked for the legal and safe way of improving performance, and enhancing strength. The start of the 1990’s Creatine came onto the sports world and was the answer for many, but yet it was not fully understood what exactly it dose, and to whether it has any drawbacks, all that one athletes cares is that it improves performance.
Many ask where it comes from, well Creatine is present in the human body in the muscle tissue, which is gotten through two impending sources: consuming food (animal flesh) and internally manufactured by the body. The Creatine that is not gotten from a persons diet is then produced in the kidneys and the liver, which are made up by using a small amount of amino acids (glycine, arginine, and methionine).
