    Introduction When we were going to chose a project we decided on working with Princess Diana, because she was an interesting and beloved person who died a unexpected death. We wanted to find out what her life was like, during her early years and her marriage to Prince Charles. We also wanted to find out how she died and why. We found facts about her in newspaper articles, reference books and on the Internet. Childhood Lady Diana Spencer was born 1 July 1961. She had two elder sisters, Jane and Sarah, and a younger brother, Charles. At the age of 6 her parents got divorced and that haunted her through her life. When their mother moved to London, the children stayed with their father on the Queen’s Estate at Sundringham and also at Althorp. Diana took her parents divorce very hard and she felt lonely and unhappy. She had to take care of her brother Charles and she saw how much he missed their mother. As a child Diana was very fond of animals and she loved to swim. Her teacher says that she used to get up in the mornings and stay in the pool for several hours. Education She got her first education at Riddlesworth Hall Preparatory School and in 1974 she went to West Heath School. She finished her education in 1978 in
