Personality Traits Revealed By Salad Dressing Use

    According to the Myers-Briggs personality classifications, people are categorized as having either an introverted or extroverted personality. Introverts are the individuals who get their stimulation internally and are generally solitary and shy whereas extroverts seek outside sources for stimulation and therefore are more sociable (Kosslyn 351). In recent studies, the way that people use salad dressing is linked to certain characteristics that would distinguish a person as being either introverted or extroverted. In order to make assumptions about a person’s personality type from the way he or she uses salad dressing, one must be grouped into categories.
