MOVIE OVERVIEW
Van Wilder is a college student in his seventh year on campus; a mix of the Party Animal at College and Yoda. The story goes like this: after Van's wealthy father decides to pull the plug on his son's seemingly lifetime tuition. Van is devastated, and is willing to do anything to stay where he is most comfortable, loved and adored: college. Van must hire a personal assistant Taj if he hopes to stay in school. Van and his assistant, Taj, decide to raise funds for Van's never-ending tuition by throwing parties for students who would never be able to throw a cool party on their own.

The beginning of this movie applies three standard ideas learned in lectures and emphasized in our outlines: The Selection Procedure, Compensation and Benefits Systems, and Training and Development, each of these ideas have several sub points that will link to both notes and lecture materials from class.
Selection Procedure
It is apparent that in Van’s seven years of college he attended at least one Human Recourse Management class because he uses several techniques we’ve learned in class in his selection process. First, Van clearly defined what duties would need to be conducted for his personal assistant through reviews
