Chasing Amy (1997) is a film by writer/director Kevin Smith, it is the last movie in what has been called the Jersey Trilogy (which consists of his other films, Clerks (1994) and Mallrats (1995). Chasing Amy stars Ben Affleck as Holden McNeil, Joey Lauren Adams as Alyssa Jones and Jason Lee as Banky Edwards. Chasing Amy is about two friends, Holden and Banky, who are comic book artists working on their own comic Bluntman and Chronic, at a comic book convention Banky and Holden assist their friend and fellow colleague in the world of comics, Hooper LaMont with a publicity stunt to promote his book on the minority panel.
