In the past 4,000 years in history, many religions and philosophies came to life. Seven of them stood out from the others because of the vast amount of followers each had. These seven religions are Taoism, Buddhism, Confucianism, Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, and Islam. Taoism no longer exists but the other six still thrive as more people convert to followers of the religions. These seven religions may seem extremely different from one another but underneath the outer layer, the inner lay out is extraordinarily similar to one another. The seven religions each had their separate ideas and goals. As different as their ideas were, the religions actually have a lot in common. Each religion strived to reach one ultimate goal.
