Dear Canon Support Department:
As a long time customer and a supporter of Canon products and accessories, I am writing to your company to voice my concerns and disappointments stemming from a recent purchase of a Canon product and further my dealings with your company regarding that purchase. Though extremely unfortunate, a product failure is inevitable and that I sympathize with. A product failure and/or malfunction is an event which every company from a multi-million dollar conglomerate, such as Canon, to a small budget mom and pop shop at the corner near you tries very hard to guard against. They do so not only to have a product worth purchasing but also to have a returning and always smiling customer, in hopes of being able to show some sort of profit margin on the up and coming quarterly fiscal yearend reports; which keeps the company in business and the boss happy.
