Rugby and Football
Two of the most physical sports played in the United States today are football and rugby. You need to use both mentality and aggression to play these games. You need to be in the right mind set to play, meaning that you can’t be afraid to hit and tackle other players. They are two similar sports with the exception of players, equipment and rules.
The players in rugby and football differ drastically. The players in football are more rugged due to their position where as rugby players have no size demands. In football there are different players for each position and no player plays more than one position in a game where as in rugby the positions are moved around constantly. Players in rugby play both defense and offense. All players in rugby should be able to run and to kick where as in football certain people are trained for certain positions. This makes it easier to have substitutes in rugby due to the fact that all players can play all positio
