Many people have conflicts every day. Some are worse than others and some sum up to nothing big. There could be conflict in people with race, sex, groups, and so on, there could also be conflict with family, friends etc. Every day we have conflict some one how or another. The perspective suggest that change is normal. An example would be prison. In prison you have to keep your guard up twenty-four-seven, unless you are going to have some conflict. The people that work in side of the prison have power to make sure conflict does not happen. People tend to put their guard down when things are going smooth and no problems are going on.
