To Kill a Mocking Bird
To Kill a Mockingbird - By Harper Lee The book starts out with Scout, as the narrator, thinks back to a time when her brother Jem broke his arm, and she looks back over the year and she remembers some events that took place in those years that led to his accident. Scouts remembers that it happened one summer when she was six years old, a child name Dill came to spend the summer with his Aunt Rachel. Dill becomes good friends with Scout and Jem over the course of the summer, and the children spend all of their free time trying to find ways to make their neighbor, Boo Radley come out of his house. None the the kids had ever seen him before, but they knew that he is basically always in his house and never comes out, which sturs the children's curiousity. When the summer is over, Scout enters school and gets into trouble because she is already so far of everyone else in her grade, so she is always doing something in her class that leads up to trouble.
