For the past seven years, I have been going on summer mission trips with my youth group. Every year I raise all the money for my trip as they have gotten rather expensive. Many of my sponsors have been supporting me on every trip I’ve been on, or at least the last two or three, and whenever I return home from one of my trips I sit down and write a letter of thanks to them telling them what lessons their contributions have allowed me the opportunity to learn abroad.
