My home town is Largo, Maryland fifteen minutes outside of DC the nations capitol. It is not small but not that big. I live in a suburban area with a lot of shops in my hometown and a lot of teenagers. A problem is the violence among teenagers. I would like to lower the rate by giving speeches in all the high schools and having seminars on violence. There is a serious problem with violence when kids bring guns to school. There has been numerous shootings in high schools in my area. There cannot be a sports game or a big event such as a band to come to the school to play without a shooting or a fight breaking out. Especially during the night time after twelve. There has even been shootings on homecoming at high schools when they had to dress up. It is just getting ridiculous almost all of these take place in public schools but some take place in private.
