Zambia
The United States and other First World countries don’t take the blame for Zambia’s poverty. Zambia has had plans to increase the economy. So the U.N. and World Bank often help support Zambia with this. They have a plan to increase Zambia’s GDP rate on an annual basis. Despite the plans for macroeconomic and other policies Zambia still grows in poverty each year. The people under the poverty line was at 73% in 1998.
