Discussion and Analysing of Lisa's Pulse Reading:

The pulse rate is one of the vital signs that health professional check regularly on their patients as a prerequisite for any kind of treatment. The purpose of reading the pulse rate is to measure the heart rate. The pulse rate can alert the individual about any difficulties in our health, and if a person's pulse is too high or low, it can be an indication of some sort of medical issue.

During the recording of the practical, I noticed that Lisa's pulse rate before the exercise was 65bpm which was a healthy adult resting rate. 5 minutes after exercising, her pulse rate increased to 100bpm, and 5 minutes prior to the end of the exercises, her pulse rate went up from 100bpm to 130bpm then to 150bpm, this was due to the fact that the exercise has speed up venous return and stroke volume and also the demand for ox
