Explain the biological origins of the current average height and range for modern humans.
Today people are taller than they were fifty years ago. The average height for people fifty years ago was a lot shorter than it is today. Today’s average human is around the six-foot mark. Our height also slightly ranges if we are a boy or girl, boys often are taller than girls.
The two main reasons for people’s height are both genetic and environmental. The genetics is what we inherit from our parents and relatives, the other reason for our growth are environmental reasons, which is what you eat,
