Hanson
In 1994, it was Jonathan Taylor Thomas. In 1996 it was Titanic. If someone were to pick any year during my life, I could tell you something I was obsessed with over the course of that year. Sometimes it was people, other times movies or bands. When I say obsessed, for all extensive purposes, I mean I talked about these things non-stop and researched them endlessly. When it was a person that I was obsessed with, I read biography after biography, trying to learn as much about my current ‘idol’ as possible. When it was a movie, I would download clips and interviews of the stars. For example, in 1997, I went to see the movie Ever After with a neighbor of mine. I loved it and as soon as I got home, I began downloading any clips from the movie that I could find. As soon as it came out on video, I bought it and watched it continually. I ruined the videotape because I watched it so many times and I still have the entire movie memorized. Though I truly was obsessed with all these things, none of these obsessions match my longest-lasting obsession, the band Hanson.
