Letter for College
I think it’s safe to say that one of the greatest challenges in life is not the effort taken to reach a finish line, but rather, proving to others along the way that you’re capable of getting there. It seems fitting then, that at one of life’s most critical junctures, it’s what I’ve done along the way to prove myself to others that determines the direction of my career, and the title of my finish line.
I have not yet accomplished my academic goals, as all along I’ve always viewed college as more of a stepping-stone to law school than a finish line. I am confident that my academic performance along the way will warrant admission to your university. For instance, since my freshman year, I’ve maintained at least a 3.0 grade point average as a Florida “Bright Futures” Scholar, earning a tuition scholarship from the state of Florida for all four years of my education. I’ve stayed consistent academically, as reflected by the fact that I’ve earned the same grades in college as I had earned in high school.
