Tiwis Economics
Before the time of modern transport the Tiwi people were very isolated and knew very little of other worlds. As a result Tiwi culture developed independently from that on the mainland and were not discovered until 1770. For the purpose of this paper my focus will be in how this late discovered tribe handled their economy. I will cover the economic categories, including the ownership of the means of production, the organization of production, exchange, and consumption.
