Deceiding on a Career Choice

Doesn’t it just seem like there are so many jobs out there that you just don’t know which one to pick; or is it that you just don’t know what you want to do? I know the basis for what I want to do and the field I am planning on majoring in, but the bi-
standards such as a double major or minor, are just out of my realm at this point.
This past summer I took a test called the Myers-Briggs testing that was to tell me what kind of profession or major would be the best for me. I am not going to lie, going into the Focus II session, I didn’t think that it would be very interesting and that it wouldn’t be able to tell me anything new about myself and what I should do with my life, but I was wrong. Through it many new concepts were brought to the table; in other words it helped to back choose a profession and helped me to branch out into additional professions and majors. One of the most helpful phases within the Focus II program was phase number two; it summarized my work activities interests. My top three strongest orientations were in the artistic field, persuading/leading field, and the technical field. All three of these categories thrive in a graphic design major.
