Dear People of the U.S., I believe that everyone living in the United States of America should be required to stand up and pledge the flag. It makes me angry when I see some punk kid still seated when everyone else is saying the Pledge of Allegiance just because they’re too tired or think that they are too “cool”. Maybe they have forgotten the reason we even have a flag and that many soldiers gave their lives for us to be able to pledge this flag. Or, maybe they have forgotten that the flag stands for freedom, their freedom, which they should express by pledging it and all it stands for. I h
